Shipping Policy

We partner with a trusted network of courier partners to deliver your Arunika Herbal products safely across India. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. You can verify serviceability by entering your PIN code during checkout. If your area is unserviceable, please contact us and we’ll try to find an alternative.

2. Shipping Charges & Payment Options

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges.

You can pay online via UPI, cards, or netbanking (secured by Razorpay), or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) where available for your PIN code. COD orders carry a small ₹35 convenience fee, collected along with the order amount at the time of delivery.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (payment confirmation for prepaid orders, or order placement for COD). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier load, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using this number.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at care@arunikaherbal.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue within 5 business days. In confirmed cases of lost shipments, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Arunika Herbal is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
