Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your Arunika Herbal products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at care@arunikaherbal.com or via WhatsApp at +91 79873 09812 with your order number.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return after delivery (see Section 2).

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference (e.g., fragrance, texture)
  • Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at care@arunikaherbal.com or WhatsApp us at +91 79873 09812 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product showing the issue (damaged packaging, wrong item, etc.).
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether a return/replacement is approved.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.) via Razorpay.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).

5. Replacement

If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we will dispatch a fresh product once we receive the returned item, subject to stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to decline a return or refund if:

  • The request is made after the 7-day window
  • The product shows signs of use
  • The original packaging is not intact
  • We suspect misuse or fraudulent intent
